Procrastination

Thursday is here. It is now November 6. I have 24 days left to write the NaNo novel. I have not written on it in over 36 hours. Yesterday was a brain fuzz day. I did however buy both a novel and a book about writing novels! I don't feel confident in just writing out the story. For some reason I am feeling the need to have an outline. I hate outlines. I never used them for my college papers. If they were required I did a rough draft and then created the outline. This writing is so very different. I am feeling the need for a map of the story. That feels like it will take lots of time to create. Anyway you look at it I am doing a great job of procrastination! I like procrastination. It is something I am good at. I think that will be added into the plot of the novel. My excessive experience in procrastination could very well be the answer I am looking for!

That means I need to stop with this writing and get on the novel. I have just been struck by the muse and she has given me permission to revel in my procrastination!!
